Return and Refund Policy
At RediClinic, we take utmost care to deliver the best quality products to you. In the event of any quality issues or if you are not satisfied with any of our products for legitimate reasons, we will provide an unconditional replacement or refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—sealed and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Full Refund is Possible If:
- You provide an unboxing video of the received product. Without an unboxing video, we will not process any replacement or refund.
- You received a defective item.
- The ordered item(s) is lost or damaged.
- The ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your order details at support@rediclinic.com or call us at +91 9100177427 (Available 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM) and include the reason for your refund request. We take customer feedback very seriously and constantly use it to improve our quality of service.
In the case of a replacement, which will be at the discretion of the company, the replacement product will be shipped within 7 days of receiving your request. If the replacement product cannot be shipped within 7 days, you will receive an automatic refund to the account used for the original payment.
If the refund is against the return of the product, which will also be at the discretion of the company, the refund will be initiated only after our delivery partner picks up the product. The typical duration for the refund amount to be credited to your account will be 15 days. The delivery partner will seek an appointment and make a minimum of two attempts to pick up the product from the original delivery location.
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged, or incorrect product(s), please notify RediClinic Customer Support immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the products to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that RediClinic will not accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24 hours of receipt.
